I hate getting ripped off. I hate crappy products. This site is a way to vent by sharing product failures with others. Like when you see that delicious, piping hot pizza with all the chunky toppings on some TV advertisement.. so you give it try, but when the pizza arrives, it looks like a greasy pile of garbage.
Or maybe you order something online because you thought it would be awesome, but when the product arrives, it’s broken, damaged, or doesn’t work as advertised. When stuff like that happens, snap a photo and share the fail at Product Reality.
It’s a great way to vent, and may help others avoid the same mistake.
